(EXCLUSIVE) Rick Ross – More Legal Troubles for Rapper, Woman Sues Him for Body Disfigurement

The woman claims that trip caused her serious injuries including bodily injuries, disfigurement, expense for hospitalization, medical, nursing and treatment costs along with the loss of ability to earn income. She filed suit demanding in excess of $15K.

Ross fired back recently, claiming he had no duty to warn the woman of any possible dangerous conditions at his home. He says her lawsuit is so vague and ambiguous that he doesn’t even know how to respond to the allegations.  The case is still pending in Florida court.
