It’s officially time for Nick Gordon to lawyer-up, because things just got extremely real. Over the weekend, Nick — who is the boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown — was officially served with a $10 million lawsuit. The suit, which was previously reported, accuses him of beating the famous daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston and stealing from her after she had been hospitalized.

According to the New York Daily News, Nick was caught by the processor while leaving a Starbucks in Longwood, Fla. We hear Nick was ‘clutching a large whip cream-topped Frappuccino, on Sunday when a process server appeared and shoved a manila envelope in his hands.’
