Great news for Benzino (real name Raymond Scott). The former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality star — who is expecting a child with his fiancee Althea Hart — will NOT be doing any jail time. As you’ll recall, last year Benzino was arrested for bringing his loaded gun to the airport. Reportedly, he pled no contest and explains he took the wrong laptop bag.

In short, Benzino was sentenced to one year of probation, a $500 fine, 700 hours community service, and gun safety class.
