Reportedly, Jennings was charged with robbery and held without bail until July 13 (the incident happened July 7th) when he was released after the DA’s office did not present the case to a grand jury. Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson’s office is investigating the cops’ use of force against him. The NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau is also reviewing the tape.
