Wale Brings Entertainment & Education to White House + POTUS Admits: I can’t rap. [Photos]
Wale shared his own personal story, telling students that when he grew up, his focus was solely on making it to the NFL. He also shared that he didn’t take college seriously. Wale also admitted he was not a star student and fell into academic probation, but that going to college prepared him for life.
The panel was moderated by E! News anchor Terrence Jenkins (Terrence J). The Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Brown University senior and co-founder of 1vyG Manuel Contreras, were also featured on the panel. Check out a few photos of Wale’s visit.
