Kelis – real name Kelis Rogers – has been battling tax issues for years, with the singer having been hit with multiple liens in the past couple years. Back in 2013, Kelis dropped over 400k on her massive tax debt. The payments were spread out to the State of New York, the State of California and the IRS.
