Tiffany Pollard & Her Mother Sister Patterson Return to Reality TV — Family Therapy
New series “VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn” hopes to shed a little light on the complicated and often misunderstood world of celebrity families who still have to grapple with universal issues – but under a microscope. From the executive producers of “VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn,” VH1 will premiere the new series “VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn” in early 2016.
In the brand new series, each family is facing complex issues- from not successfully handling the spotlight to harmless sibling banter becoming tabloid fodder to messy divorce proceedings playing out on the national stage.
The families who have booked time in a new therapeutic environment with nationally renowned relationship & family therapist Dr. Jenn Mann are: Tiffany “New York” Pollard and mother Michelle “Sister” Patterson, celebrity exes Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan, Damon Dash and brothers Jeremy Dash and Bobby Dash, Reality TV star Bam Margera and mother April Margera, and Teen Mom Briana Dejesus and sister Brittany Dejesus.
From John Irwin’s Irwin Entertainment, the producers of “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew,” “VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn” features five families at a crossroads in their relationship as they undergo three weeks of intensive family therapy. Under the guidance of Dr. Jenn Berman, the participants will participate in group and individual therapy along with relationship exercises out in the “real world” to see if they can rebuild their relationships — or if it’s simply time for them to move on.
The new series will premiere in 2016.
