Vanessa Williams Lands Recurring Role on CBS Drama ‘The Good Wife’
Executive Producers Robert and Michelle King are thrilled about Williams being added to the cast explaining,
There are very few names you can put side-by-side that make you laugh. Alan Cummings and Vanessa Williams are at the top of that list. We couldn’t be more excited.
“The Good Wife” has been critically acclaimed over its six year tenure including five Emmy Awards, five Golden Globe nominations in its first four seasons, and three nominations for Screen Actors Guild Awards. Williams is set to start appearing on the show—which also stars Christine Baranski and Alan Cumming in November and the season 7 premiere airs October 4 at 9 PM Eastern on CBS.
