(EXCLUSIVE) Ex NBA Star Jalen Rose Center of Controversy in Legal Battle w/ NFL Star & his Ex-Mistress

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, NBA star Jalen Rose is at the center of controversy in the legal battle with NFL star Hugh Douglas and his former mistress, with the woman pleading with the judge to not allow Jalen to take the stand in the upcoming trial because he will only trash her character to the jury.

Douglas was sued last year by his ex-mistress Hope Davila who accused the former NFL star of assaulting her numerous times, including one incident at a Connecticut hotel last year in which he was arrested. She claimed that during that particular incident he picked her up by her neck and slammed her head into the hotel wall several times.

The ex-NFL star was arrested for the incident and charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and was later sentenced to 2 years in a probation-like program.

Davilia filed suit following his sentence and demanded damages for the physical and emotional harm that she claimed Douglas caused her.
