Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Announce Divorce After 2 Years of Marriage
We wish each other nothing but happiness in life, and we hope that you respect our, and most importantly our children’s privacy, as we go through this difficult period.
According to TMZ, Berry made the filing and the two have a prenup. A source tells the site,
The expectation on Halle’s part is for a quick, non-contentious divorce. The marriage unraveled in the past week after they hit a ‘breaking point’.
This is Berry’s third marriage. She was married to David Justice from 1993–97, Eric Benét from 2001–05 and married Martinez in 2013. She has a daughter by model Gabriel Aubry.

I think had she been able to move to France this would not have happened.
Sad to say but I’m not surprised, she is soooo unlucky in the love/relationship department.
She has issues and really should take some time for herself and stop jumping into one relationship after the other.
Not surprised either. She never looked genuinely happy when they were photographed together. Neither did he. But more so her. The body language and the facial expression said it all. One interview she said he wasn’t thrilled with her style of dress and had her dressing the way French women dressed. Dude’s short fuse probably added to the problem. He put the beat down on Gabriel and then went ape on the photographer. Who is to say he wasn’t quietly whoopin her too? I wish she would have kept her word when she went on Oprah professing “I will NEVER get married again.”
