‘Black Ink’ Reality Star Ceasar Arrested For Not Paying Child Support [VIDEO]

It’s a hard knock life out in these child support streets. Earlier today, footage surfaced of Black Ink reality star, Ceasar (real name Ceaser Emanuel) being arrested. Apparently, the cast was filming and the entire situation took place while VH1 cameras were rolling.

Reportedly, Ceasar was in the middle of doing a customer’s tattoo when cops showed up and arrested him. We’re told that he had a warrant for failure to pay child support. See the footage.

The arrest happened on Monday and there’s no word on whether or not he’s yet been released. He, nor his girlfriend/cast mate Dutchess, have yet to comment.
