Congrats to Missy Elliott! On Friday, she was honored with the inaugural Innovator of the Year, at the Billboard Women in Music luncheon. Missy delivered an emotional speech telling the audience,

I stand here for all the women who been told you don’t fit the mold. Look at me, I’m here.

The award was presented to her by singer, Ciara.
