Kanye West Renames Album ‘Waves’, Wiz Khalifa Protests

Kanye West has changed his album title from SWISH, to Waves. He announced the news on Twitter Tuesday.

Prior to announcing the name change, he Tweeted:

Wiz Khalifa

While most were excited about the news, Wiz Khalifa took to Twitter expressing his displeasure. We’re told that Wiz is opposed to the name of Kanye’s new album, because rapper Max B is said to have created the term & movement, creating multiple mixtapes w the phrase/name. He tweets:
