Tyga (real name Michael Ray Stevenson) is in legal trouble again, with a landlord. The rapper’s landlord is attempting to evict him from the Hollywood Hills house where he’s been living, according to Page Six. Tyga, who is the on-again, off-again boyfriend of Kylie Jenner (and shares a child with Blac Chyna), is listed as the defendant on the papers. The site reports,

The unlawful detainer notice was delivered to the residence last weekend. To make matters worse, the 26-year-old has only been living in the $4.8 million house, which he rents out for $17,000 a month, since December, according to X17. The ostentatious abode boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool and a hot tub.

Fortunately, Tyga probably has a good mover on speed dial, as 2015 saw him moving into a new place every few months. In August, the rapper was ordered to pay a former landlord $70,000 in back rent and vacate a Calabasas home he’d been renting. That decision came just months after he’d been ordered to pay another landlord $80,000 for the same reason. Prior to moving into the Hollywood Hills residence, he had been crashing at his teenage girlfriend’s $2.7 million Calabasas mansion, a move that reportedly did not sit well with her family.

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reported recently that in 2010, Tyga filed for bankruptcy stating he had estimated assets in the range of $0-$50k and liabilities (debt owed to creditors) in the $100k-$500k range. The rapper has had his share of financial issues over the years — being hit with numerous lawsuits and facing-off with landlords in court numerous times, due to him allegedly failing to pay rent or not moving out when they demanded he leave.
