theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Usher Raymond has returned to court pleading for help from the judge, explaining his 4+ year stalker has popped up again despite his permanent restraining order against her. The singer claims she recently sent him a marriage proposal and a Happy Birthday video.

Back in 2012, Usher claimed his life was in jeopardy due to a 26-year-old woman named Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw stalking him. The pop star obtained a temporary restraining order from a Georgia judge after he convinced them the woman was delusional and believes she was married to him.

Usher said in his petition that Darshelle showed up numerous times to his Georgia mansion and pounded on the door, trying to get inside. Usher even personally called the local police to help him and when they arrived the told the woman to stay away and she complied. However, she returned, demanding to be let in the home. She was eventually arrested by police and taken into custody.

Usher explained to the court that he feared Darshelle would harm not only him, but his children. The judge granted his petition and ordered the woman to stay away from the pop star and his family for a year. The restraining order expired in July 2013.

Then last year, Usher headed back to court fearing for both and his family’s safety and filed a petition to get a permanent restraining order against his stalker.

Darshelle never showed up to court to fight the TRO petition and the judge granted Usher a permanent protective order against her back in August.

The order stated that Darshelle had continued to attempt to contact Usher through his legal team and charity organization. She also violated the original court order by failing to get a full psychological and psychiatric evaluation or comply with any treatment regimen.

The judge ordered the woman to stay away – at least 200 yards – from not only Usher & his family but also his lawyers and charity. Also, it was noted that any further violations of the order could result in a felony Aggravated Stalking charge – which can carry a 10 year prison sentence and a fine of $10k
Darshelle was also ordered to not publish on social media or broadcast any material that would be embarrassing to Usher and his family.

Then on April 7th, Usher returned to court demanding the judge find the woman in contempt for violating the court order along with sanctions for her actions.

The singer explains that since he was granted the permanent restraining order the woman has continued to harass him.

Usher says that Darshelle has repeatedly sent harassing text and unwanted emails to him, his lawyers, business associates and charity. Some of the messages she sent included a Happy Birthday video, Valentine’s Day wishes and a marriage proposal.

He says the woman also violated the court order by soliciting business, donations or sponsorships on his behalf or his charities – something she had done in the past.

However, she has continued to make numerous profiles on fundraising websites that make it appear she is raising money for Usher’s charity. Usher is demanding the judge do something to stop his stalker from continuing to harass him, since the restraining order hasn’t stopped her.
