‘T.D. Jakes’ Talk Show Premieres September

The new syndicated daily one-hour talk show, “T.D. JAKES,” hosted by best-selling author, film and music producer and entrepreneur T.D. Jakes, will premiere in more than 50 cleared U.S. markets on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2016.

According to the network’s release,

the show will feature real personal stories and honest conversations with celebrity and non-celebrity guests along with the unique signature wisdom that only T.D. Jakes can bring. Led by Jakes, and infused with his powerful authenticity, soulful presence and uplifting wit, “T.D. JAKES” will be filmed before a live studio audience in Los Angeles and will air weekdays in afternoon time periods around the country. It will also live as a multi-platform content experience on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where audiences can engage with the show 24/7 through @tdjakesshow.

JAKES” is produced by TEGNA Media, Emmy-nominated 44 Blue Productions (A&E’s “Wahlburgers,” daytime syndicated series “Family Court with Judge Penny”), Jakes’ own TDJ Enterprises and enLight Productions. Industry veteran Scott Carlin leads syndication sales of the show. Executive producers are 44 Blue’s Emmy-winning president and co-founder Stephanie Noonan Drachkovitch, as well as Jakes, Derrick M. Williams (executive vice president, T.D. Jakes Entertainment) and EnLight’s Emmy-award winning president Adriane Hopper Williams. Stephanie Eno is Executive in Charge of Production.
