Lil Wayne In ‘Stable Condition’ After Seizures (UPDATE)
Lil Wayne has been hospitalized after suffering a seizure. According to multiple reports, the 33-year-old rapper suffered a seizure while flying from Milwaukee. He was said to have been traveling to California, but had a seizure that forced the plane to land in Omaha. There are conflicting reports as to how many seizures he actually had. However, Karen Civil tweeted an update from Mack Maine:
Wayne’s camp has yet to comment directly to the public. This isn’t Wayne’s first scare with seizures. He reportedly suffered multiple seizures in 2012 and was hospitalized for seizures in 2013. Wayne has said he’s epileptic and has suffered seizures since childhood. Story developing.
Update #2. Wayne’s camp has released the following statement to E!:
We can confirm that he did experience two minor seizures yesterday. Under the guidance of his own doctors, he is now in stable condition and good spirits. He thanks his fans for their everlasting support, prayers and well wishes.
