President Obama celebrated his daughter Malia Obama’s 18th birthday in a major way. During the July 4th celebration at the White House, Obama, with the help of Kendrick Lamar and Janelle Monáe sang “Happy Birthday” to Malia. He told attendees:
It’s a job of a father to embarass his daughter. It just so happens we celebrate our country’s birthday on the same day we celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday.
