Rob Kardashian Wants To Cancel Reality Show With Blac Chyna
There’s a chance that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s reality show will not make it to air. According to a new report, Rob has little to no interest in filming, due to his experience with his family’s show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Reportedly, producers claim that Rob has skipped filming scenes on a number of occasions and is concerned that the show will put a strain on his relationship with his pregnant fiancee, Blac Chyna.
If you’ve watched KUWTK, since the show began airing, you’ve noticed that Rob has become more reserved, wanting to be less in the spotlight than his family. In fact, he had quit the show at one point. Nonetheless, filming continues for the couple, but Rob is VERY much against the show at this point.
This summer, we reported that their new six-episode docu-series Rob & Chyna (working title), would follow their whirlwind romance. The show is supposed to follow the lovebirds from their engagement to Chyna’s pregnancy, and everything in between.
The show is set to culminate with a separate special at a later time celebrating the birth of their first child together (AKA the newest Kardashian!).
Rob & Chyna is produced by Ryan Seacrest productions, with Rob and Chyna serving as co-executive producers on the show.
Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President of Original Programming & Development at E!, said in a release:
Very few love stories have created as much pop culture buzz as Rob and Chyna’s, and we are thrilled to see Rob in such a happy place. We are excited to share the next chapter in their relationship.
No word on whether or not the show will actually air.
