(EXCLUSIVE) A$AP Ferg – Woman Severely Injured At Concert, Dismisses Case Against Rapper
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, a lawsuit has been dismissed against A$AP Ferg. The woman who blamed the rapper for causing her to suffer severe spinal damage after his friend and fellow rapper Young Shabba jumped off a stage and onto her has officially dismissed the lawsuit.
Here’s the latest: On August 18th, the woman filed court documents in her case explaining she is voluntarily dismissing all her claims against A$AP Ferg. The filing says that she is no longer pursing any action against Ferg and he is dismissed from the legal battle once and for all. Clowes informed the court that she will not be refiling any claims against the rapper and he’s completely off the hook in the case.
Here’s the backstory: A woman named Krystina Clowes filed suit against A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Young Shabba and Live Nation in federal court earlier this year.
She stated that on August 3rd 2013, she attended the “Under the Influence” tour featuring A$AP Rocky and Wiz Khalifa, which was put together by Live Nation.
Clowes explained that she was in the crowd during the A$AP Mob set (which consists of Rocky and his fellow crew members/rappers). During A$AP Ferg’s performance, Young Shabba jumped from the stage to the crowd and his body “made violent and forceful contact with” her body causing her to crash hard to the ground.
She said she was dazed, shocked and offended that he would risk other’s safety by jumping into the audience.
Following the incident, she tried to have a concert worker take her to the medical station but he refused to make room in the crowd for her to safely reach medical attention. She finally made it to the medical center where she filed a report and then was taken via ambulance to a local hospital.
Clowes claimed she remained in considerable pain and discomfort for weeks following the incident and had to seek additional medical treatment after she learned she suffered a fractured vertebra.
Further, she had to get chiropractic treatment and chemical drug treatments for her injuries. She said she will continue to suffer pain, inconvenience, embarrassment, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of her life, along with future medical bills to treat her injuries.
The woman claimed that A$AP Rocky and his crew have a history of leaping from the stage into crowds and a number of people have been hurt in the past. She blames Live Nation along with Rocky and his entourage for not preventing this from happening at the concert.
She filed suit against A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Young Shabba and Live Nation for in excess of 225k for her injuries.
Live Nation – who was responsible for promoting the concert – responded to her lawsuit saying they can’t control people like A$AP Rocky and his gang and had no knowledge they were going to jump off the stage into the crowd during the performance and therefore cannot be held liable for the rappers actions.
The company blasted the allegations that the venue was unsafe for the audience and says the conditions played no role in the alleged incident in question.
Live Nation also said that if the woman did actually suffer injuries it should be other parties – A$AP Rocky and his entourage – not them and they are demanding all claims against them be thrown out.
Back in May, the woman returned to court and filed docs in the case explaining she is dropping all claims against Rocky and he is off the hook for now over the allegations in her complaint.
Despite A$AP Rocky being dismissed from the suit, Clowes’ lawsuit continued on with her claims against Live Nation, A$AP Ferg and Young Shabba.

This is why I would “NEVER” attend rap shows because these boys don’t have respect for women via their lyrics, let alone enough respect to not jump into a crowd with women standing around.
