Chante Moore Addresses “R&B Divas” Backlash On “Fight” Track [New Music]
Chante Moore Releases “Fight”
Chante Moore is back with new music, releasing a single called “Fight”. On the beginning of the track, the singer channels her inner Whoopi Goldberg, snagging a line from the 1985 movie, “The Color Purple” – ‘All my life I had to fight’. On the mid-tempo track, Chante seems to reflect on her time on the hit TV One reality TV show, R&B Divas LA. She sings,
Ain’t gon’ give it to me, I’m a take it. I ain’t talking attitude on TV I ain’t faking. Saw me on TV, you know they was hating. And you know they was hating. See I was done with music, and truthfully I wasn’t even tryna do this, but you done forced my hand and now I gotta make you understand.
