Chrisette Michele’s Fiance, F*#k You Spike Lee

Chrisette Michele’s fiance and manager Doug Ellison is calling out Spike Lee. As you know, Chrisette has received backlash for performing at Trump’s Inauguration. Last week, when it was confirmed that she was to perform, Spike took to social media saying that he was disappointed with her that he would no longer used her music on a new Netflix series.

Doug responded on social media, with an “open letter” of sorts, writing to Spike ‘F**k you‘ and including a Basquiat painting. Chrisette reposted her fiance’s message on social media, @’ing Spike Lee.

During a back and forth with rapper Talib Kweli, Doug also posted a photo of Spike with Donald Trump and his wife.

Spike has yet to comment.
