To make matters worse, the club set the dancers rates of pay, prohibited from certain acts while performing, required to have their hair styled in a certain manner, required to wear bikinis and high heels, required to offer special promotions in connection with lap dances and told to sell merchandise during lap dances.
Ortega is demanding the club pay the unpaid wages for all dancer and the money they paid out from their tips.
