Jesse Williams Wants Joint

Jesse Williams is asking a judge to grant him joint physical and legal custody of his two children with Aryn Drakelee-Williams.

theJasmineBRAND.com broke the story — the 35-year-old Grey’s Anatomy actor filed for divorce April 11th. The reason for the filing is,

irreconcilable differences.

A source adds,

They’re trying to keep their split top secret and away from the public. They’ve actually been separated for awhile now.

The split is said to be ‘amicable’.

Jesse and Aryn have a son named Maceo and daughter named Sadie. They had been married for five years, but had been together for five years before jumping the broom. Before Jesse became an A-list actor, he was a teacher. In 2009, he gushed on their relationship stating,

I was a teacher when I met her, so she’s been with me through all the different facets of my career. She’s stuck with me through thick and thick and thick and thin.

Neither have commented about the impending divorce.
