Anna Diop Joins Cast Of ‘Titans’

24: Legacy actress Anna Diop has landed in a role in a new live action series. She will reportedly play alien princess Starfire in the upcoming DC Comics adaptation, “Titans”. Diop joins Australian actress Teagan Croft, who was cast as another lead (Raven) in the series.

Titans Starfire hails from a warrior planet and seeks asylum on earth. The series executive producers include Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter.  It will stream exclusively on a DC-branded direct-to-consumer digital service in 2018.

Diop’s TV credits include Quantico, Greenleaf and The Messengers.
