Fitness is a lifestyle for Beyonce and Jay-Z. On Thursday, photogs spotted the pair leaving SoulCyle in Santa Monica. The duo were accompanied by their bodyguard, Julian, and wore all black workout clothes. Over the past month, the pair have been seen multiple times leaving the popular spin class.

Jay-Z’s motivation may be his upcoming 4:44, which he was spotted rehearsing for earlier this week. Meanwhile, we hear Beyonce is trying to slowly get in shape, after delivering the couple’s newborn twins Rumi and Sir in June.
