Beyonce Gives Back to Houston
On Friday, September 9th, Beyonce traveled to her hometown to meet with those affected by the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey. She addressed the victims at St. John’s United Methodist Church, a church she went to as a child.
She was joined by her BeyGood organization, along with mother Tina Lawson, Blue Ivy and fellow Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams. According to reports, her organization donated food, shelter and money to victims. See the photos!
On Tuesday, the 36-year-old singer will be participating in the Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief telethon.
