Ashanti Says Producer Asked Her To Shower w/ Him, Then Demanded She Pay More For A Track Because She Refused
Ashanti is the latest celebrity that is opening up about her own #MeToo experience. During a recent interview, the 37-year-old singer admits that she once had a jaw-dropping experience with a music producer. She recalls,
I’ve come across a situation where there was a certain producer that, you know, he had his little crush or whatever, but it wasn’t anything new, you know? And once I said ‘no,’ all of a sudden the track became $45K.
She continues,
It’s funny because he said something like, ‘Well just take a shower with me and let me do this’.
Ashanti says that her ‘scary’ big brothers intervened addressing the situation with the producer. She says the producer later apologized.
The way that apology came in, I actually got three records for free! And I got two of them mixed and mastered for free also.

So he ask her to take a shower with him and she refused, so he raised the price of the track….what is the problem here, she should just fire him and get some one else. He didn’t try and force her. Men ask women for sex every single day in exchange for something and everyday there are women offering sex for something from a man . Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world and it will be around for ever even after the economy collapse.. How is it a man can tell which woman is down for sex or not, will the women that are interested wall with a sign saying (I’m down)? This is not a story, this gal just wants to be in the news. He should raise the price even more so she will leave him.
