Rapper Belly Jumped By 20 Men At Coachella
Canadian rapper Belly was jumped at the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival over the weekend, reportedly by event security. According to reports, the Roc Nation singer and songwriter was walking from the sound booth to the VIP area during The Weeknd’s performance at the trendy event when what appears as close to 10 members of the security staff assaulted him. As shown in the cell phone video the 34 year old rapper, whose real name is Ahmad Balshe, was punched repeatedly but never fell. Here’s a clip of the fight.
He alluded to the fight on social media, declaring on Instagram that “no negative bulls–t” could bring him down.
As of now, no charges have been filed but this remains one of the most talked about moments during the 2018 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival next to Beyonce & Cardi B’s performances
