Tamar Braxton Snatches Wig Off During Show

Tamar Braxton had quite the surprise during a recent performance. The Grammy Award nominated singer was one of the headliners for Tom Joyner’s Fantastic Voyage Cruise this past weekend. She surprised the crowd by removing her wig mid-performance, while covering a version of the song “Superwoman.” The crowd was screaming with excitement and cheering her on. She told the audience while pealing her wig off,

I’m over feeling captive to a wig, weave, people, people’s comments & opinions hell…even my OWN feelings! We can choose to stop these things from having the power and victory over us!! And for me, that starts TODAY.
