Beyonce & Jay-Z Kick Off OTR2 Tour w/ Showing Off Twins [Photos]

The Carter’s have officially returned! Today Beyoncé and Jay Z kicked off their On The Run II stadium tour at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

This joint tour follows the success of their “On The Run” debut tour in 2014 and Beyonce’s “Formation World Tour” in 2016.
