EXCLUSIVE: Fantasia Sells NC Home, Takes $245 Loss

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Fantasia Barrino took a substantial loss after selling her North Carolina home. The 33-year-old American Idol singer purchased the home back in 2004 for $740,000. Initially, she listed the home in February for $500,000. However, she cut the price down to $465,000, selling it for a $245,000 loss.

The home has 4-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms, is 4,541 sq. ft and is located on a golf course. The home was being sold ‘as is’, as it needed extensive renovations. At one, Fantasia had two homes in North Carolina until she was sued for foreclosure.
