EXCLUSIVE: Juelz Santana – Judge Orders Him to Undergo Mental Health Evaluation & Treatment
Juelz Santana Ordered to Undergo Mental Health Evaluation & Treatment
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Juelz Santana has been ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation by the judge in his criminal case. Earlier this year, the rapper was indicted on two federal firearms charges relating to bringing a .38-caliber Derringer to Newark Liberty International airport back in March.
He is out on $500,000 bond and was ordered to wear an ankle monitor and be on house arrest, at his mother’s New Jersey home.
Last month, we exclusively reported that he pleaded with a judge to allow him to move back in with his girlfriend Love & Hip Hop New York cast member Kimbella. He also asked a judge to allow him to leave New Jersey to perform.
The judge determined the rapper could travel, but only with his mother Debra with him. The court denied his request to move back in with Kimbella and their kids.
Further, he was ordered to submit to drug testing and treatment as directed. He was to be under home monitoring and had to surrender all passports.
The pretrial officer, who works on making sure a defendant follows the rules while out on bond, recently headed to court seeking to have Juelz undergo a mental health evaluation and treatment. The judge signed off on the request and ordered him to complete mental health evaluation and treatment as directed.
