New drama seems to be following actress/former “Basketball Wives” star, Sundy Carter. A sex tape was recently leaked of Sundy and a former friend of her, and she’s alleging that it was not a consensual exchange. On Instagram, she claimed that she was drugged and taken advantage of. She says:

“HELLO, I’M HERE IN CASE THE MASSES ASSUMED I WAS HIDING. THE VIDEO MEER WAS ALL A PLOT TO SABOTAGE ME. INITIALLY MEECHIE & I WERE FRIENDS I HAVE HIM ADVICE & TRIED TO HELP HIM. MEECHIE FAILED TO MENTION THAT HE DRUGGED ME AS IN LACED MY DRINK IN THE HOTEL LOBBY & WAS ABLE TO GET ME TO MY ROOM. AS FAR AS ANYTHING BESIDES WHAT YOU SAW DIDN’T TAKE PLACE & IF SO RELEASE THE ENTIRE FOOTAGE! I’LL SEE YOU GUYS IN REAL COURT, GET A LAWYER ASAP! THANK YOU TO THOSE THAT BROUGHT THIS TO MY ATTENTION!”

Her co-star and friends are allegedly discussing the tape on social media. Sundy advises them to prepare for a court battle. She captioned:

“@sundycarter_ You can continue commenting abt this bullsh*t! We will see who gets the last laugh!?Be blessed! P.S anything done was not consensual I was under the influence of whatever drug he put in my drink. I do believe this is against the law, everyone should lawyer up!”

Sundy continued, posting an Instagram story from user, @lovedownextensions__, which claims Sundy is making the entire story up. They said:

Sundy replied to the anonymous user in the caption, implying that they showed her compassion just before that in her comment section. She said:

“@sundycarter_ So who’s page is this from? I’m a little confused, yet you’re in my comments telling me to be careful and I’m lying #NOTED”
