Gilbert Arenas Files $10 Mill Lawsuit Against Ex Who Put Restraining Order On Him – You Made Me Lose A Job!
Gilbert Arenas is taking an ex to court after he says her restraining order has affected his career. According to reports, Arenas has filed a $10 million lawsuit againstĀ Janelle Reeves, claiming that the restraining order she put on him in JuneĀ cost him a job at Yahoo Sports.
Reeves claims in her restraining order that Arenas began harassing her after they ended their relationship. She says that he also threatened to send nude photos of her to her son. Arenas was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Reeves and her son, but the restraining order was dismissed a month later when Reeves failed to testify.
Now, since missing out on the Yahoo Sports opportunity, Arenas is suing for the money he would’ve made.
This isn’t the first time Arenas has taken the legal route when things went sour with an ex.
In 2016, the former NBA All-Star won a$100,000 defamation suit against his ex Laura Govan.
