Bill Cosby Switching Legal Team

Bill Cosby is making a few changes to his legal team. According to reports, the 81-year-old comedian is switching up his legal representation as he attempt to appeal his conviction and three- to 10-year sentence in his Pennsylvania sex assault case.

On Friday, a court filing noted that Joseph Green, the suburban Philadelphia lawyer who handled his sentencing with a pair of criminal defense attorneys, is leaving his defendse team. His new lawyers are Brian Perry and Kristen Weisenberger.

Another lawyer, Peter Goldberger, worked with Green on a motion last week challenging the outcome of the case, a first step toward an appeal.

More than a dozen lawyers have left throughout Cosby’s legal case. Earlier this month, it was reported that one of his ex’s lawyer is suing for more than $280,000 in unpaid bills.
