Chris Paul’s Wife Confronted By Rajon Rondo’s Girlfriend Following On-Court Fight During Lakers Vs. Rockets Game
Over the weekend, the Los Angeles Lakers faced the Houston Rockets at home and it didn’t take long before things got heated between the two teams.
Chris Paul of the Houston Rockets and Rajon Rondo of the Lakers traded punches after Chris Paul claims Rondo spat at him, which lead him to put his hands in Rondo’s face and spark the brawl.
Teammates, including Lebron James, broke up the fight, with James receiving backlash for comforting Paul after the incident. As a result of the on-court melee, Chris Paul was hit with a two-game suspension. Rajon Rondo was suspended for three games and Brandon Ingram was banned for four games.
However, the drama does not stop there. According to sources, after the fight between Rondo and Chris Paul, Paul’s wife Jada Paul, got into an altercation with Rondo’s girlfriend. Jada was reportedly sitting next to next to Savannah James, LeBron’s wife when The Athletic NBA reports that one of Rondo’s family members confronted Jada and made inappropriate comments towards her. Other reports state that Rondo’s girlfriend shoved Jada. Security immediately broke them up.
Neither party has addressed the situation publicly. Considering Rondo and Lebron are teammates, things are bound to become awkward in the locker room.
