Fabolous Pleads Not Guilty To Domestic Violence Charges Against Emily B.
Fabolous has pleaded not guilty to allegedly beating up and threatening his longtime girlfriend former reality star, Emily Bustamante, according to Bossip. The rapper was slammed with four felony charges last week (October 10th) and was facing up to 20 years in prison. Fab and his lawyer Brian Neary appeared in Bergen County Superior Court on Monday (October 22nd), where Fab entered a “not guilty” plea on behalf of his legal counsel.

Reports claim Neary has been approached by prosecutors in efforts to negotiate a plea agreement where Fab would not face any jail time, but he has to plead guilty to one count of felony brandishing and threatening a domestic violence victim with scissors.

The latest development in this legal situation comes amidst reports that Emily’s father is willing to testify in court on Fab’s behalf, if the case goes to trial. Fab and his lawyer will be reviewing their options of the plea agreement and are scheduled to return to court in December.
