YouTube Star Chris Sails Speaks Out After Being Released From Jail, Denies Abusing Ex-Girlfriend Actress Parker McKenna
Since late September, YouTube star Chris Sails has been in the media in conjunction with his ex-girlfriend Parker McKenna, the “My Wife & Kids” child star, for allegedly abusing her. The allegations have taken an additional step, as Sails was arrested and booked in jail over the weekend, due to McKenna attempting to press charges against the Internet personality.
After being released, Sails swiftly took to social media to alert his followers not to believe everything they read on the Internet. He stated,
Y’all, thanks to my lawyer I’m out. I just want to let everybody know to clarify everything, that did not happen. I promise to God, on my son, none of that stuff happened. All that stuff that y’all reading, do not believe social media. None of that happened, I promise to God. I put that on my son.
In September, McKenna captured her fan’s attention after posting her black eye to her Snapchat; more photos soon surfaced of black bruises along her body that ran across her arm. Since the inception of abuse allegations, Sails has denied he’s been violent towards McKenna.
McKenna released a statement in October in regards to the situation. She thanked everyone for their thoughts and prayers but due to the legalities of the situation, she could not speak on it in depth.
