Loni Loves Congratulates Jeannie Mai’s Ex-Hubby On Birth Of His Child, Criticized On Social Media

Comedienne/talk show hose Loni Love is catching heat for a recent social media interaction with co-host Jeannie Mai’s ex-husband, Freddy Harteis. Freddy and his girlfriend recently welcomed a bouncing baby girl, and announced the new addition on Instagram. Freddy used this heartfelt caption under the photo of he and his baby girl:

“@thehollywoodhunter Life just took on a whole new meaning. Would never believe a little girl can melt my heart like this. I love you Emersyn Rose. Thank you God for trusting me with this little life.”

Loni – who may very well still be friendly and cordial with Freddy – commented:

“@comiclonilove Everything works out for a reason… I wish you the best and welcome to the world Emersyn Rose”

Instagram user @shanishamonae challenged Loni’s congratulatory message, referencing “The Real’s” recent “Breakfast Club” interview on Power 105.1.

Some of Jeannie’s cast mates eluded to the fact that Freddy Harteis must have cheated on Jeannie in order for him to be expecting a child so quickly after their divorce. @shanishamonae commented:

“@shanishamonae @comiclonilove everything works out for a reason? Wasn’t @tameramowrytwo and @adriennebailon just on the Breakfast club talking bout how he was cheating during the marriage? His timeline didn’t add up. I’m surprised any of y’all still following him lol”

Loni quickly clapped back, insinuating that she never co-signed claims that Freddy cheated:

“@comiclonilove and did you hear what I said? Go back and listen to the interview…”

theJasmineBRAND broke the story that Jeannie and Freddy filed for divorce last year, and very shortly afterwards – he announced he and his girlfriend, Linsey Toole, were expecting a baby!

Jeannie mentioned several times on “The Real” that she had no desire to have children. She recently made a tearful confession on air that she wishes she never married Freddy in the first place.
