BlocBoy JB Under Fire For Yelling At Homeless Man, While Giving Him Money

BlocBoy JB is giving the phrase “make it rain” a whole new meaning. The Memphis-born rapper has his own way of spreading holiday cheer, and social media is reacting wildly to it. A video has surfaced on Instagram of BlocBoy JB pouring crisp $100 bills on a homeless man covered in a sleeping bag on the street. JB can be heard telling the man:

“Get your a** up, man! Wake up!”

The video is being met with mixed reactions. Some feel that the physical way he donated money to the homeless man was disrespectful. Others feel that the homeless man was grateful for the monetary blessing.

Either way, BlocBoy JB’s hit single, “Look Alive,” featuring rap superstar Drake has afforded him with enough money to provide for himself and others.

In fact, he posted an Instagram photo of himself rocking Chanel sneakers counting a stack of money. His caption read:

“At Da End Of Da Day This Da Only Thing Dat Matters”
