Tyrese Bets Tory Lanez $50k Over New Music [VIDEO]

When singer/actor Tyrese asked the world, “What more do you want from me?” – apparently the answer from many was, “New music.” Tyrese revealed that he’s delivering just that, and it may be sooner than we think.

He has been hard at work on his upcoming album, “IDentity Theft,” but first he has a score to settle with Canadian artist Tory Lanez.

When singer Jacquees had the entire R&B genre in an uproar over his “King of R&B” declaration, Tory called Tyrese and other veteran singers out. He said:

“Where the f*ck y’all n*ggas been at? F*ckin’, like J. Holiday, we ain’t heard yo a** since “Suffocate,” n*gga. The f*ck? Where the f*ck y’all n*ggas been at, my n*gga? The last time I seen Tyrese the n*gga was beefin’ with The Rock and he was puttin’ out a rap album. Now you wanna come over here talkin’ ’bout some R&B to the young n*ggas. Stop that sh*t, my n*gga. Let the young n*ggas be the young n*ggas, ’cause at the end of the day y’all n*ggas wanna stop a n*gga from comin’ out here and sayin’ he the best, but the n*gga out here [and] he goin’ hard.”

Apparently Tyrese has felt the need to prove his relevancy and value since Tory’s spirited response. He is now challenging Tory Lanez to a $50K bet. Tyrese posted a photo of late boxing legend Muhammad Ali standing over his opponent with the following caption:

Y’all jump in his comments #NoTrollShit#NoSingles #NoBeef #FullAlbum Nov 11th 2019- I want the full album smoke The comeback will be….. 50k that’s it? He’s gonna troll like 69, call me a old head etc…… it’s simple I want that full album smoke no beef #ForTheCulture#Singer/Rapper.? Let’s compare notes”

Tory immediately responded. He said this in an Instagram Story video:

“Black Ty! Tyrese! I don’t know what the f*ck you talkin’ about, son. Yo, son. Calm down. Calm down. You ’bout to be under investigation! You ’bout to be under investigation!”

Tyrese refused to back down. He reposted Tory’s video with the following caption:

“Full album smoke!!!!! 50K on your head!!! In or nah.????”
