Diddy Settles Lawsuit W/ Ex Chef Who Accused Him of Sexual Harassment & Hostile Work Environment
Diddy and his former chef, Cindy Rueda, have settled her May 2017 lawsuit. Details of the settlement are not being given but details of what it was like to allegedly work for Diddy are.

Gina Huynh, Diddy
Rueda filed the suit in 2017 because she claimed she endured long hours (9 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.) without extra compensation and would be forced to travel with the entrepreneur – up to two weeks at a time – and not receive additional pay either. Throughout her employment, Rueda claims she was exposed to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment on several occasions.
For instance in June 2015, Rueda stated Diddy’s manager commented on the size of her lips, while Diddy and one of her bosses asked a number of sexually oriented questions. In August 2015, Rueda claimed she walked in on Diddy having sex with Gina Huynh, after she was ordered to make breakfast and serve it in his room. She knocked before entering and,
Upon entering, I noticed Mr. Combs and his guest indisposed and engaged in sexual activity.
Rueda worked for Diddy from April 2015 and was fired in May 2016. When hired, she signed an agreement to be Diddy’s chef.
Fun fact: Huynh is the same woman who was thrown in the mix when Casse and Diddy broke up for the final time in 2018. Diddy was accused of cheating on Cassie with Huynh.
