Jermaine Dupri Announces Co-Ownership In Vegan Beverage Company

As more and more black celebrities are adopting the vegan diet and lifestyle, they also open more opportunities for POC to financially benefit from such a profitable and healthy way of life. The latest celebrity to get into the vegan business is music mogul Jermaine Dupri—but he’s taken his veganism one step further to include business ownership.

He’s made a considerable name for himself in the music world, now rapper/producer Jermaine Dupri has tasked himself with making sure everyone is enlightened with the benefits of veganism. It has just been announced that Dupri is the new co-owner in vegan beverage company Slush Naturals.

When asked why he was interested in Slush Naturals, Dupri explained what made him adopt the vegan lifestyle several years ago, saying:

“After watching ‘Food, Inc.’, I cleansed for 25 days and never felt better. As a result, I became vegan and have continued the lifestyle for 14 years.
