Soulja Boy Arrested After Cops Found Ammo During Surprise Search, Rapper Posts Message After Release

Soulja Boy has found himself in legal trouble.The rapper is back in headlines after being arrested. Apparently, he was caught with ammo. He was released just in time for his appearance at the LA Clippers game Friday night.

He confirmed he was a free man on Instagram.

He was arrested after he went to an appointment with his probation officer and ended up getting cuffed and taken into custody.

Here’s the rundown. Last month there was a search warrant for Soulja’s home after a woman claimed he held her hostage in his garage, which he said never happened. Officers searched his home and found ammunition. He wasn’t allowed to have this thanks to the terms of his probation. The police created a plan to arrest him because they knew he would show up for his meeting with his probation officer. He was on probation after being convicted for a weapons violation 8 years ago.

He was taken to a facility in Van Nuys, Calif.

Soulja has been stirring up up controversy this year after he denied rumors he was on drugs.

“First of all, I want to say, for everybody that’s saying, ‘Oh Soulja Boy look like he on drugs. Soulja Boy look bad, like he on crack – he on powder.’ B*TCH! Don’t play with me like that! I ain’t never did crack in my life, B*TCH! I’m a millionaire! I’m worth motherfu*king $30 million, nigga! I never did cocaine in my life – don’t play with me like that!”

He added that his change in appearance that had fans concerned was because of a car accident.

“I was just in a bad car accident two days ago, b*tch. I almost lost my life. I hit my fu*king face on the fu*kin dashboard of the car, and my sh*t swole – and my teeth – I need surgery and sh*t, nigga. Don’t be making fun of my appearance and my fu*kin’ looks, nigga. Talkin’ bout I look like I’m on drugs.”
