Charlamagne Blames Wendy Williams’ Husband, ‘Sucker’ Kevin Hunter, For Their Fallout

Charlamagne is spilling even more tea about Wendy Williams and her husband Kevin Hunter.  Just days after Charlamagne said Hunter is to blame for Williams’s alleged drug relapse, he explained why he fell out with the couple to begin with.

He first called out Williams for still being with Hunter amid rumors he had a baby with his alleged longterm mistress, Sharina Hudson.

“I don’t understand how Wendy Williams can continue to get on TV every day and lie to people. For years she’s gotten on radio and told women to leave for less. And now we’re sitting back watching her get emotionally abused and she’s saying nothing. If this is true there’s no way you can fake your way throught his one.”

DJ Envy pointed out that Charlamagne was the one to introduce Williams and Hunter to Hudson.

Charlamagne then added that Hunter thought Charlamagne was trying to hook Hudson up with Charlamagne’s friend Wax.

“I just want to reiterate, Kevin Hunter is a sucker and he’s been a sucker. He’s been a sucker for Sharina Hudson, AKA Nicki, for a long time. You know that’s the reason I don’t deal with the Hunters anymore. The reason I don’t deal with Kevin and Wendy anymore is because Kevin thought that I was trying to hook Sharina up with Wax back in 2009. Mind you, she liked Wax, so I had nothing to do with that. But he thought I was trying to hook Sharina up with Wax.”

Angela Yee then clarified that Hunter and Williams were actually married during this time. Charlamagne added,

“Of course. That’s why he stopped dealing with me. I don’t know what he told Wendy. That’s why I’ve never really been mad at Wendy because I don’t know what he told her. It’s not like he said, ‘Hey Charlamagne tried to hook my side chick up with my homeboy.”

When Yee asked why Charlamagne never reached out to Williams, he said it wasn’t that simple.

“Wendy ain’t got no phone or no email. She might be screaming out for help right now and we have no idea.”

Charlamagne previously called out Hunter as the reason Williams is currently having trouble.

She revealed on her show that she has been staying in a sober house.

Since then, Hunter has released a statement:

“Wendy is doing well. We’re doing well as a family. We are moving forward with working on her sobriety and doing the work to help others, not just ourselves. “Wendy is doing well.
