‘Wendy Williams Needs Rehab From Her Bum A** Husband’ Charlamagne Blames Kevin Hunter For Wendy’s Alleged Drug Issues

Charlamagne said that Wendy Williams’ husband, Kevin Hunter, is the main reason why she is allegedly suffering from drug abuse. His comments came after Williams took to her daytime talk show to reveal she’s been living in a sober house as she and Hunter have a hotline that can help those with addictions. She said she also has a 24-hour sober coach.

Charlamagne and his The Breakfast Club co-hosts, Angela Yee and DJ Envy, shared their thoughts on the news as Yee reported via The Daily Mail that Williams has been falling into drugs since last December. At that time, she is said to have hired a private investigator to spy on Hunter. The P.I. reportedly discovered he was still seeing his alleged mistress, Sharina Hudson. Charlamagne said he’s convinced Hunter is the problem.

“Wendy Williams needs rehab from her husband Kevin Hunter. This is yet another lie, another half-truth, whatever you want to call it, that’s deflecting from the actual issue, which is the alleged abuse and infidelity from her husband. Like, there’s a difference between being real and being exposed.”

“Wendy only came out with that yesterday because the Daily Mail article came out yesterday saying she was on pills and alcohol because of her husband, Kevin Hunter’s, alleged physical abuse and infidelity.”

DJ Envy said Williams’ statement was “wack” because Williams has no issue talking about other celebrities’ problems, but when it comes to her own, she sugarcoats what is said to be really going on.

“We all go through problems, we all go through situations, and here at The Breakfast Club, no matter what we go through we discuss it. Because we talk about everybody’s life. You all know my life, you know about Yee’s life, you know about Charlamagne’s life.”

While Yee said that she’s talked about her struggles, Charlamagne pointed out what he says is causing the issues to begin with.

“The root of it is the alleged abuse and infidelity by her bum a** husband Kevin Hunter. So here’s my advice to Wendy, she needs to go to rehab for her husband Kevin Hunter. Because whenever there’s a story about him cheating or physically abusing her, she says nothing is wrong, everything is fine, she deflects into something else. And since she’s getting ahead of things, she needs to get ahead of this alleged abuse by her husband because that truth will be revealed.”

He added that the truth about Hunter’s alleged mistress will also be exposed.

“But good luck, I wish her the best.”

He agreed with Yee that Williams could be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome.

“100 percent.”

Yee said that there’s a pattern of asking why the woman doesn’t leave when she’s in an abusive relationship. But often times, it’s not that simple. Charlamagne added,

“She needs to be open because I’m sure there are a lot more stories down the pipeline. You think the Daily Mail story is the only story? Was this new to anybody in this room? We knew she was in rehab. Come on!”

Yee pointed out the Daily Mail also reported that Williams suffered a fractured shoulder during a disagreement with Hunter. 

“Oh, the Daily Mail story that came out at 10:45 and then she jumped on air at 10:48, 10:49 to try to get ahead of it because they reached out to her for comment? That story? ONce again, deflecting. I’m just saying we gotta stop deflecting from the actual issue which is the alleged abuse and infidelity of her husband because that is the root of the problem.”
