Diddy Responds To Critics Who Question Why He Didn’t Marry Kim Porter: I Was Scared
Diddy has maintained his humility when fans criticize him for not being with his ex Kim Porter when she was alive. Diddy and Porter dated off-and-on from 1994 to 2007. They share three children together: son Christian and twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila. She is also mom to son, Quincy, with singer Al B. Sure.

Over the weekend, Diddy shared what he said was a milestone between him and Porter. Captioning a throwback photo of the pair he wrote,
“I remember Kim flying to see me on the set of can’t nobody hold me down. She took like a 12 hour flight to LA and 3 hour ride to the desert. With no complaints. Was always ride or die. From day 1! I called her BONNIE AND I WAS CLYDE! This picture will go down in history as the first time I said she was MINE!!!! AND THE FIRST TIME I TOLD HER I LOVE HER, little did I know I was hers. Miss you BONNIE and will forever. Maaaaan life is beautiful to have had these experiences. Love you baby. @ladykp“

It didn’t take long for critics to jump in the comments and question Diddy for not tying the knot with Porter. He told one fan,
“Just didn’t happen. That had nothing to do with the love.”

He confessed to another,
“I was scared.”

This isn’t the first Diddy has expressed his regret with not locking it down with Porter.
Earlier this month, he responded to one fan who said he should have married Porter when she was live.
“I know. Played myself smh.”

Porter passed away from pneumonia back in November.
Since then, Diddy hasn’t held back in showing his love for her.
