Wendy Williams’ Estranged Husband Kevin Hunter Blames Her For Ruining His Relationship With Their Son
The alleged divorce drama between daytime talk show host Wendy Williams and her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, got super ugly this week as he got into a fight with their 19-year-old son, Kevin Hunter, Jr. And now Kevin Sr. is saying it’s all Williams’ fault.
According to recent reports, Hunter is blaming Williams for his fallout with their son. He reportedly believes she’s built a barrier around Kevin Jr. to the point where the 19-year-old barely communicates with him. Kevin Sr. is reportedly convinced that Williams is talking bad about him to their son, which leads to the father sending lengthy texts to him and only getting one-word responses.

Kevin Sr. allegedly said it’s Williams’ fault because he and his son were incredibly close before Williams filed for divorce last month. Williams filed amid speculation that Kevin Sr. had a child with another woman he had allegedly been having an affair with for more than a decade.
Earlier this week, the rift between the Kevins got physical after the son allegedly punched Kevin Sr. in a New Jersey parking lot. The punch was said to be a response to Kevin Sr. putting him in a headlock. The fight was allegedly an escalation from Kevin Sr.’s request for support, as well as his claims that Williams is turning their son against him.
Kevin Sr. released a statement about the incident and said,
“I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear.”
Wendy and Kevin married in 1997. Their son, is 19. Wendy filed for divorce in April.
