Ryan Destiny & Keith Powers Star In Big Sean’s “Single Again” Video 

The Motor-City’s very own, rapper Big Sean is back with a Detroit made new music visual that may or may not have been inspired by his latest relationship breakup with TWENTY88 singer, Jhene Aiko. In the song, “Single Again,” samples Grammy nominated singer, Carl Thomas’ “I Wish.” Sean’s single also features Ty Dolla $ign and his ex-girlfriend, Jhene.

In the video, the visual takes a look what can happen in the court of public opinion when we start to believe what we see on social media.

Directed by Lawrence Lamont, starring Ryan Destiny, and Keith Powers, both are torn on the huge case against Sean as he seen on the local news being accused of cheating allegation while he faces a trail in front of millions.

After releasing the video, Sean took to Twitter explaining his approach for the “Single Again” Video. He begins taking a stand for his hometown and hiring locally only,

“I shot this video in Detroit, hired locally in the city and we made it with good energy n all love.”

He adds,

“I know what it’s like to be in social scandals where even with no information/ evidence, just people assuming will blame you and turn on you.”

He continues touching how social media has the power to manipulate people’s decisions,

“It’s something that’s been happening to black men especially forever and I wanted to touch on that n show how social media has the power to sway people’s opinion to the point of hatred.”

Recently, Sean cleared up any rumors of him being responsible for the break up with he and his ex, Jhene.

The fan said,

“This man out here acting like he didn’t have Jheneand fumbled the bag”

But Sean set the record straight responding:

“She’s amazing! I didn’t fumble anything but I can see from how things can look fro the outside looking in. It’s all love though, that’s what you don’t understand.”
